Army Institute of Management Kolkata (AIMK) celebrated India's 78th Independence Day with a vibrant display of patriotism, culture, and unity. The day began with a solemn flag-hoisting ceremony led by the esteemed Director, Brig (Dr) Sujay Ranjan Chaudhuri (Retd). The celebration featured electrifying dance performances by CREW4U, showcasing India’s rich cultural heritage, and a skit by Team LAKSHYA that highlighted the strength and resilience of India's freedom struggle. Mrs. Alokananda Chaudhuri, the first lady of AIMK, recited heartfelt verses on freedom and patriotism, adding a poetic touch to the event. The band Prahar delivered soul-stirring melodies in honor of India's war heroes, deepening the sense of national pride. The day concluded with an exciting basketball game between batch 27 and batch 28, ending the festivities on a spirited note, leaving students and faculty with a renewed sense of commitment to serving the nation.
