Bootcamp Day 1 (05/08/2024): Shaping Future Corporate Officers

We commenced our journey with the lighting of the lamp, followed by strategic insights for Placements 2024-25 by Brig. Dr. Sujay Ranjan Chaudhuri (Retd.), Director, AIMK, and a deep dive into essential corporate skills and KRAs by Dr. Abhishek Kumar, Principal, AIMK.

Bootcamp Day 2 (06/08/2024): CV Crafting and Leadership Insights

Students were introduced to the art of crafting impeccable CVs by Cherag Bachhawat, Founder of CV Dragon. The highlight of the day was a motivational session by Mahaprabhu Swami Mahaprajnananda, Principal, Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandir. He enlightened the student audience with learning shared by Swami Vivekananda.

Bootcamp Day 3 (07/08/2024): Self-Discovery and Social Skills

The day focused on self-assessment through a SWOT analysis led by Col. Sujit Dutta (Retd.), and developing a social quotient by Dr. Anindya Saha.

Bootcamp Day 4 (08/08/2024): Mastering Workplace Skills

The session was meant to redefine Business etiquette and challenges by Debasmita Sarkar Dhar. The strategies to decode interviews was thereafter shared by Dr. Abhishek Kumar, followed by a comprehensive session on psychometric assessments applicable in the corporate world by Prof. Tamojit Ghosh Roy.

Bootcamp Day 5 (09/08/2024): Interpersonal Relationships & Global Insights

Our Director, Brig (Dr) Sujay Ranjan Chaudhari (Retd.) deepened our understanding of interpersonal relationships using the FIRO-B instrument and enriched us with the history of military warfare.

Bootcamp Day 6 (10/08/2024): Industry Insights and Market Trends

We gained valuable insights into business analytics, marketing strategies, financial analysis, and the HR market from industry experts, including Mr. Arpan Roy Chowdhury, Mr. Sandipan Dutta, Mr. Azad Singh, and Mr. Suhartha Chowdhury.

Bootcamp Day 7 (12/08/2024): Communication and Presentation Skills

Focused on essential career skills, we engaged in sessions on effective communication, active listening, and impactful presentation techniques with Dr. Anuroopa Mahajan, Prof. Pankhuri Sharma, and Dr. Abhishek Bhattacharjee.

Bootcamp Day 8 (13/08/2024): Discipline, Adaptability, and Time Management

Capt. Amit Sanyal, a Veteran of the Indian Navy, emphasized on discipline and determination, while Dr. Debaleena Chatterjee led us to a practical session on public speaking. Thereafter, Prof. Neha Joshi shared the art of mastering time management.

Bootcamp Day 9 (14/08/2024): Customer Responsiveness

Dr. Malini Majumdar guided the students through the critical skill of customer responsiveness, preparing us to meet and exceed client expectations in our future careers.

Bootcamp Day 11 (16/08/2024): Workplace Etiquettes and Problem-Solving

The session on workplace etiquette and the practical application of the PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Act by Debasmita Sarkar Dhar was insightful, especially in the context of creating a safe and respectful work environment. Dr. Ayan Chattopadhyay's session on problem-solving and data interpretation was an eye-opener and provided the need to develop skills for tackling corporate assessments. The bootcamp 2.7 concluded with a strong reminder – Wake Up batch 2025!
