Dr. Anuroopa Mahajan

Dr. Anuroopa Mahajan holds PhD in HR/OB area awarded by IIM Kashipur. She is a recipient of Yasar Arafat Gold Medal for securing highest marks in all PG programs of Nagpur University. She has more than 17 years of experience in academia. She is a seasoned, dedicated and a dynamic academician with a passion for educating and inspiring future professionals. She exhibits strong commitment to student success through mentorship, deliberation, and career guidance. Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with students, colleagues, and industry professionals. She has taught at premier institutes of repute such as IIM Kashipur, IIFT Kolkata, Gujarat University and various institutes across country. She has presented research papers at various international conferences. Her research interest lies in talent management, workplace diversity and inclusion, technology and HR.
