The Institute Innovation Cell SENA recently organized an insightful lecture on “Generative AI for Atmanirbhar Bharat”, delivered by our respected Principal, Dr. Samip Baruah.

The Army Institute of Management, Kolkata successfully organized an insightful academic session titled “Dabbawala Case Study – The Six Sigma Approach” at the Tagore Auditorium. The session was conducted with the objective of exposing management students to real-life examples of operational excellence, efficiency, and process discipline.
The programme featured Mr. Sarad More, Director & COO, Dabbawala Enterprises Private Limited, and Mr. Jagannath Dulge, who shared first-hand experiences and practical insights into the globally acclaimed Dabbawala system. The speakers highlighted how simplicity, teamwork, time management, and error-free processes have enabled the Mumbai Dabbawalas to achieve near Six Sigma levels of performance without sophisticated technology.
The event was further graced by the presence of esteemed guests from the Procam Group, Mr. Nilesh Sinha, Director, and Mr. Amissh Sinha, whose presence added value to the programme.

The Army Institute of Management, Kolkata had the honour of hosting Acharya Prashant, globally renowned philosopher, social reformer, and national bestselling author, for an enlightening session titled “Truth Without Apology” on 14th November.
An alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Ahmedabad, and the author of more than 160 books, Acharya Prashant captivated the audience with his profound insights on clarity, courage, and conscious living. His interaction with the students was thought-provoking and introspective, urging them to question long-held assumptions and cultivate a fearless pursuit of truth.
The session left a deep impact on everyone present, inspiring the AIMK fraternity to embrace awareness and self-reflection in their personal and professional lives.
