It warned against the risks of imbalance—overworking leads to burnout, while neglecting work hinders career growth. Stress management and mental wellness were key discussion points. Students also shared real-world corporate experiences and coping strategies.
The session explored challenges in remote and hybrid work, such as blurred boundaries, poor communication, and distractions. It also provided solutions. Students learned to set boundaries, use collaboration tools, establish routines, and improve communication.

Day 2, challenged participants to create 40-60 second ad films within 12 hours for Mondelez International’s new product. The campaigns impressed the judges with their originality and compelling storytelling, showcasing a perfect balance of data-driven insights and creative execution.
The event underscored the power of analytics in marketing, emphasizing how data and creativity together drive impactful brand campaigns. Participants gained valuable hands-on experience, preparing them for the competitive marketing landscape.

On March 14, 2025, the Army Institute of Management came alive with the vibrant hues of Holi as students, faculty, and staff gathered to celebrate the festival of colors with great enthusiasm and joy. The event was a perfect blend of tradition, fun, and togetherness, reflecting the spirit of unity and harmony that Holi symbolizes.
The celebration began with a traditional Tilak ceremony, followed by a lively exchange of colors. The campus was filled with laughter, music, and dance as students enjoyed the festive beats of dhol and Bollywood songs. Everyone relished festive treats like gujiyas, thandai, and other delicacies, adding sweetness to the joyous occasion.

AIMK celebrated Women’s Day, Tejaswini – Fearless and Fabulous, an inspiring event conducted by Student Affairs and ISR, honouring the strength and achievements of women.
The celebration began with a Lamp Lighting Ceremony, followed by an introductory note and an energetic warrior dance. The cultural part included soulful poetry recitations along with a melodious song performance, added depth and emotion to the event.
A thought-provoking Panel Discussion featured women from all walks of life, reinforcing that a woman can have it all—or make her own choice, and she should always have that choice.
As a tribute to the remarkable women of AIMK, Sampark (HR club) was dedicated to celebrating their contributions and resilience.
