On 23rd September 2025, the Army Institute of Management, Kolkata (AIMK) paid a heartfelt tribute to Martyr Lt. Navdeep Singh Bains, Ashok Chakra (Posthumous) — an illustrious alumnus and the pride of the institute.
The day commenced with a solemn wreath-laying ceremony, accompanied by the stirring tunes of the Army Band, as the AIMK fraternity gathered to honor his supreme sacrifice for the nation.

The session featured two distinguished speakers — Mr. Animesh Banerjee (CRM & AI Evangelist, 24X Salesforce Certified Trainer, Entrepreneur, Influencer & Music Producer) and Ms. Seema Chattopadhyay (Executive Business Administrator, Procam Logistics) — who shared invaluable insights on the creative and technical aspects of podcast production.
From concept planning and scriptwriting to hosting, recording, editing, and publishing, students explored the end-to-end process of bringing a podcast to life. The workshop was not only informative but also hands-on, empowering participants with the skills and confidence to kickstart AIMK’s debut podcast journey.

The Army Institute of Management Kolkata, under its finance club KUBER, organized an enriching session titled “Crystal Gazing India @2035” on 6th September 2025 at the Tagore Auditorium. The distinguished speaker for the event was Mr. G Maran, Co-Founder of Unifi, who brought with him a wealth of knowledge and experience from the financial and investment sector.

The event was coordinated by ISR Student Affairs with the objective of creating awareness about safe driving practices and instilling a sense of responsibility among students.
The seminar featured distinguished speakers from Maruti Suzuki: Mr. Madhu Kadian (Division Head, Maruti Suzuki Driving School), Mr. Niraj Kumar Singh (Senior Manager, Driving School Division), and AIMK alumnus Mr. Saurabh Barthwal (MBA 22), Deputy Manager at Maruti Suzuki. Drawing from their professional expertise and experiences, the speakers highlighted the importance of discipline, awareness, and accountability in ensuring safer roads.
The session was highly engaging, combining informative talks with interactive discussions, which allowed students to gain both practical insights and a deeper understanding of road safety challenges.
