Mr. Pramit SenGupta is an Assistant Professor of Finance with over Seven years of teaching experience up to Assistant Professor Stage II in reputed management institutes of W.B. & Lucknow and more than three years of industry exposure in Finance & Accounts as Mgt Trainee at Govt Project, contributing actively to teaching, research, academic administration, and student mentoring.

He holds an MBA in Finance from WBUT (now MAKAUT) and a B.Com (F & A Honours) from the University of Calcutta.

He is currently pursuing his PhD from TIU and CMA (Intermediate Stage), reflecting a strong commitment to academic advancement and professional development.

Mr. SenGupta holds award for Highest Marks Prize from Uttarpara Centre from WBCHSE, for Maths & Economics.

He was recognised once as the best employee for implementation of Oracle EBS from Genpact India for working in association with the Andal Airport Project.

Mr. SenGupta’s teaching and research interests include Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, and Investment Behaviour.

He has published multiple research papers in UGC-Care, peer-reviewed Google Scholar Indexed & ABDC International journals and conference proceedings, including publications associated with ICMAI, JU, IIMs, IITs, and Auckland University of Technology.

He has also served as an examiner under MAKAUT for over seven years.

In addition to academics, he has undertaken administrative and committee responsibilities, including roles in finance, research, admissions, student affairs, and institutional governance.

He is certified in R programming, ERP (SAP-FICO), Advanced Excel, PL/SQL, and actively integrates technology-enabled and case-based learning into his pedagogy.

His broader academic vision focuses on outcome-based education, applied research, industry–academia collaboration, and continuous professional upskilling, aligned with UGC and AICTE guidelines.
