Dr Anindya Saha joined the Army Institute of Management, Kolkata in February 2016, assuming the role of Assistant Professor. His academic qualifications include a PhD in Management from SSU, West Bengal, an MBA from WBUT, West Bengal, and a B.Tech in Information Technology from WBUT, West Bengal. Certified in SAP HR and various Computer Programming Languages, he boasts over 3 years of industry experience and 12+ years of teaching experience. He holds memberships with the Indian Society of Training and Development, New Delhi, and the Indian Academic Researchers Association as a life member. Currently serving as the IT/System Coordinator at the Army Institute of Management, Kolkata, his instructional expertise spans across disciplines such as Management Information Systems, E-Business, Decision Support Systems, Corporate IT Strategy, Software Management, Database Management, Networking, Data Mining, Business Analytics, HR Analytics, and related subjects. He has authored numerous research papers on Human Resource Information Systems and various aspects of business management, which have been published in esteemed international and national journals. Additionally, he has presented papers and actively participated in numerous national and international conferences focusing on different aspects of HRIS, earning accolades such as the Best Paper Award at the International e-Conference on Surviving in Tough Times: Strategies for Success & Sustainability at PIMR, Indore in 2020.
