With over eight years of substantial experience in higher education, she is in the process of establishing herself as a distinguished academician in the fields of finance and accounting. Her teaching prowess is characterized by a high level of proficiency across various educational methodologies, excelling in communication, critical thinking, lecturing, presentation skills, and data analysis. This comprehensive skill set is further enhanced by her deep commitment to enriching students' understanding of complex financial concepts, preparing them for professional challenges in the industry. Her teaching and research expertise encompasses several finance domains, including Financial Analysis & Reporting, Managerial and Corporate Finance, Investment Management, and Earnings Management, along with her insights into Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations and Behavioral Finance.

Her career trajectory is underscored by numerous pivotal roles that highlight her commitment and adaptability within the sphere of financial education. She has been instrumental in developing curriculum and educational content for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs, leading faculty roles in various Development Programs, and overseeing academic centers of excellence. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Earnings Management & Corporate Decision Making at IIT Kharagpur, she is poised to significantly enhance her pedagogical and research capabilities. Additionally, her extensive portfolio of scholarly work, which includes significant contributions to financial literature and participation in various academic forums, underscores her enduring commitment to advancing financial knowledge and practice.
